Warranty at DTS goes without saying! Because unfortunately, it can happen that your purchase breaks down, and that is very annoying. 

At Domburg Train Support, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, you also get the promise that it doesn’t stop at the door. We go above and beyond to help you handle your warranty claim from start to finish. Do you have a product that is not functioning properly
or defective. That is very annoying! We are happy to solve this for you.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Still, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that makes you claim
can make on warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights
have under Dutch law.

If you discover or should discover a defect in the product you should contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period of
longer than two months are also acceptable.

If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at 
http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
