CAUTION:
When sending something to our return, always include your name and order number with the physical shipment!
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs
credited.
To exercise this right, please use the button below to create your order as a return. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product is already in good
and original condition has been received back.

Conditions of acceptance of returns:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged
or the packaging are more damaged than necessary to try the product, then we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly returned when you return it.
